Negative Space and Whitespace

Now it is time to learn about negative space and whitespace. Using space in the right way can be a powerful & engaging graphic principle. Negative space is best described as the area surrounding a shape but bound by the framal reference. It's the "hole and the outside" of the donut. Whitespace is simply the absence of artwork in a design. Our task this time around was to interpret three subjects using Negative Space.
